✔ Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • You may return your quartz watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees.

  • Watches that show scratches, wear, damage, or fail quality inspection will be returned to you without a refund.

  • The watch must be returned unused and in its original condition, including:

    • Original box

    • Packaging materials

    • User manuals

    • Any included accessories

  • Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Luxerix Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.


✔ What’s Required for a Return/Exchange

To process your refund or exchange, we require:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or packing slip)

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method only.

❌ Change of Mind

Returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted for smartwatches.
Only faulty or defective items qualify for warranty support.

To maintain warranty validity:

  • Avoid using fast chargers and do not overcharge.

  • Keep the connected app running in the background.

  • Follow all water-resistance guidelines carefully.

  • Battery performance varies with usage and settings.

  • Smartwatches are not medical devices.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen display differences.

  • Handle the watch carefully to avoid damage from drops or rough use.


🛑 Warranty Limitations

Warranty does not cover:

  • Dust, dirt, or particle-related issues

  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling

  • Unauthorized repairs or tampering

  • Damage caused by accidents or factors beyond human control


❗ Right to Refuse Returns

Luxerix Designs may refuse returns or exchanges if:

  • There are signs of wear or use

  • The product is missing parts (tags, box, manuals, accessories)

  • The item is not returned in original, unused condition
